Overview

This 1997 report was written to provide technical assistance to the Harris County Texas Pretrial Release Agency. The report summarizes the Agency's method of operation, presents a plan for its reorganization, and presents a recommended method for the operation of the Agency. This included interview and verification techniques, data collection and reporting methods, data analysis, clerical and filing procedures, management techniques and personnel requirements.
