Overview

This is the final report on the Opinion Research Project, which tested the feasibility of a communication and opinion research center to provide New York City officials with information on housing, crime, health, and education that would not otherwise be available. The center was conceived as a means of providing budget analysts and other City administrators with a tool to measure the impact of City programs as well as citizen receptivity to proposed programs.
