Overview

This 1976 Vera report discusses the Family Court Predisposition Panel (FCPP). The FCPP was developed by the Office of Probation in the Bronx and the Neighborhood Youth Diversion Program to provide family and community input into the dispositional process of youthful offenses and to develop alternatives to court supervision for adjudicated teenagers.
