Vera Institute of Justice

Overview

This is a proposal prepared by Vera for a one-year evaluation of five demonstration programs in the criminal justice system in Polk County, Iowa. The primary objective would be evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of each of the five programs and analysis of their interaction. The evaluation would be conducted so as to assist programs in meeting their goals with maximum effectiveness.
