Overview
This 1980 report evaluates the Victim Services Agency's restitution programs in Brooklyn and Bronx Criminal Courts, which manages cases in which judges order defendants to pay restitution to victims. In both boroughs the programs appeared to have gradually increased the frequency with which court officials order restitution.
