Tiffany Moller
Tiffany Moller is a co-founder of Pallas Global, a consulting firm that provides independent monitoring, claims resolutions services, and governance and ethics counseling to corporations and organizations worldwide. Ms. Moller began her career at Sullivan & Cromwell, the New York law firm, in the criminal defense and investigations group. Ms. Moller was appointed an assistant United States attorney in the Southern District of New York, ending her tenure as a member of the Securities Fraud Unit. Ms. Moller tried numerous cases in federal district court in New York and Los Angeles, obtaining convictions in every case, and briefed and argued cases before the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Most recently, Ms. Moller served as an assistant deputy commissioner and the first-ever chief of compliance and oversight for the New York City Police Department. Ms. Moller’s responsibilities included developing, implementing and overseeing Department programs to comply with federal, state and local laws, and recently-created oversight bodies, and advising the Department generally on high profile legal matters.
Ms. Moller is currently a lecturer-in-law at Columbia Law School. Ms. Moller currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Practising Law Institute, the Board of Visitors, College of Arts and Science, of Vanderbilt University, the boards of directors of the Southampton Arts Center and the Boys Club of New York, and the Council of Advisors for Weil Cornell Medical Center.
Ms. Moller is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and a summa cum laude graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University, where she was the executive editor of the Law Review and the recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Award. Ms. Moller began her career with a federal court clerkship, serving as a law clerk for the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
