Vera Institute of Justice

Sarah joined the Vera Institute of Justice as the Associate Director of the DC Office in May 2012. Prior to joining Vera, Sarah worked in the Office of Legislative Affairs at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, where she helped facilitate communications between the agency and Capitol Hill. Previously, Sarah worked on Education Policy for the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions under the leadership of Senator Edward M. Kennedy and Senator Tom Harkin. Sarah received her BS in Communication Studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
