Myra Hyder
Myra Hyder was the Clifford Chance Foundation Legal Fellow in the legal department. She assisted with in-house matters, including grants, independent contractor agreements, and memoranda of understanding, and nonprofit compliance and lobbying law and regulation. Myra also worked with Vera’s Unlocking Potential initiative, providing legal research and addressing regulatory concerns.
During law school, Myra worked at the Brennan Center for Justice, the HIV Law Project, and at NYU Langone Health Office of the General Counsel. She was also a Student Fellow with the NYU Law Center of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and a board member of the NYU Review of Law & Social Change journal.
Before her legal career, she was an Institutional Review Board analyst at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Myra holds a BA in classics and philosophy from Barnard College, an MS in bioethics from Columbia University, and a JD from New York University School of Law.
