Megan Cantor

Megan Cantor is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) associate with Vera's Impact Pipeline. In her role, Megan collaborates with the Institute’s initiatives to define meaningful impact goals, develop metrics, and integrate sustained learning into their work.

Before joining Vera in 2025, Megan provided technical assistance to community-based and nonprofit organizations addressing the adverse effects of the child welfare and juvenile legal systems. She also previously supported the New York City Mayor's Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence by evaluating their Home+ program, which offers survivors alternatives to the shelter system and law enforcement involvement.

Megan holds a BS in applied psychology and an MPA in nonprofit management and policy from New York University.
