Vera Institute of Justice

Leah Morgan works for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) as the energy conservation and sustainability administrator. Prior to this role, she worked for the Vera Institute of Justice as a planning analyst on the Ohio Green Prison Project for 3 and a half years, where she developed environmental sustainability programs, related educational opportunities, and strategic community partnerships with ODRC. Ms. Morgan also worked as the director of community engagement for the Ohio Chapters of the U.S. Green Building Council. She has a BA in human and organizational development and an M.Ed. in organizational leadership from Vanderbilt University.
