Vera Institute of Justice

Lauren Williams works as a data engineer on Vera’s Unaccompanied Children Program, a national initiative to increase access to legal information and representation for unaccompanied children facing deportation. She works on designing and developing data infrastructure to support the program.

Before joining Vera in 2021, Lauren worked at Facebook as a data engineer working primarily on growth analytics and data tooling.

Lauren is from New Orleans and holds a BS in computer science from Columbia University.
