Kaleigh Calderon

Kaleigh Calderon is a Touchdown Fellow with Vera's Sentencing Reform team. In her role, Kaleigh supports research and communications efforts for policy and advocacy campaigns in Illinois, Michigan, and New York.
Outside of Vera, Kaleigh is active in her campus community. She is a peer mentor to students in John Jay College’s forensic psychology program and previously served as vice president of the Black Student Union, where she helped cultivate community and foster dialogue among students.
Kaleigh is currently completing a dual BA/MA degree in forensic psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She plans to pursue law school post-graduation.
