Jessica Lee was program manager, budgets and compliance for the Unaccompanied Children Program (UCP) at the Center on Immigration and Justice. Prior to joining Vera, Jessica was a project financial services associate at MDRC, where she was responsible for financial reporting and monitoring within the families and children policy area. Jessica also served as the associate director, finance and grants management at Planned Parenthood Global (PPG). While at PPG, Jessica oversaw international financial operations, budgeting, and helped implement in-country compliance measures. Jessica graduated from Smith College with a BA in mathematics and the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University with a Master of International Affairs, specializing in human rights and gender policy. She is near-fluent in Mandarin.
