Jarrah O'Neill

Jarrah O’Neill joined the Pathways from Prison to Post-Secondary Education Project in the summer of 2013 as a program analyst and Puttkammer fellow. Prior to joining Vera, Jarrah volunteered as a weekly tutor in a nearby New Jersey youth prison. She also interned at an organization in Udaipur, India that trained rural midwives and at an organization in Cape Town, South Africa that provided support and services to orphans and vulnerable children. In college, Jarrah studied public policy, focusing on the intersection of gender and policy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs as well as a Certificate in South Asian Studies.
