Evan Guillemin is a principal of Select Equity Group LP and member of the firm’s management committee. He joined Select Equity in April 2004 as the firm’s chief financial officer and ran the operations and finance groups for several years. He is currently a senior analyst and associate portfolio manager for the firm. He serves as a director and chairman of the audit committee of Mesa Labs, sits on the board of Bremont Chronometers, a private watchmaker, and serves as a director of Shake Shack Enterprises, the parent company of the restaurant chain. Prior to joining Select Equity Group, he was chief financial officer, and then chief operating officer of Delia*s Inc., a publicly-traded retailing company. He also served as director of acquisitions at Primedia and an editor at International Thomson. Guillemin received a BA from Yale College and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Guillemin joined Vera's Board of Trustees in 2014.
