Emily Bartholomew

Emily was the regional manager for Region A, working remotely from Houston. She was previously employed by a UCP subcontractor, ProBAR. Emily practiced dependency and guardianship law in California for several years, taught several community college courses, and is a contributor to Bender’s treatise, California Juvenile Courts Practice and Procedure.

She has her BA in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College and her JD from California Western School of Law. She received her LL.M. from University College Cork in Ireland, where her thesis topic was “Unaccompanied children and the right to be heard under international law.” Emily is admitted to the State Bars of Texas and California.
