Vera Institute of Justice

Celia Healy worked as a data scientist with Vera’s Unaccompanied Children Program to provide legal services to unaccompanied children in federal custody. She managed data and reporting for the program.

Before joining Vera in 2019, Celia worked at a community development corporation in Indianapolis and as an education researcher in Washington, DC.

She holds a BA in literature and economics from American University and is currently a pursuing an MS in quantitative methods at the City University of New York Graduate Center.
