Brandon Sixto works as a research analyst in the Vera California office, working to advance decarceration efforts in California and increase access to data and analytics relating to California’s carceral landscape.
Before joining Vera in 2022, Brandon spent nearly five years working in immigration law as a paralegal, assisting clients with complex family and asylum cases in Spanish and Portuguese.
Brandon holds a BA in ecology and evolutionary biology from Princeton University.
