Vera Institute of Justice

Brandon Fletcher works as a program associate with Vera’s Restoring Promise initiative to help change the living and working conditions within prisons. He helped create the North Dakota State Penitentiary housing unit (U.N.I.T.Y Village). He also works with Towards Liberation project.

Before joining Vera in 2021, Brandon worked for Legal Services of New Jersey as a paralegal in the expungement division.

Brandon holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Essex County Community College and a BS in criminal justice from Rutgers University.
