Vera Institute of Justice

Benjamin Heller works as a senior program associate with Vera’s Greater Justice New York team to help conduct policy analysis that supports criminal legal reform in New York State.

Before working at Vera, Benjamin worked with the Policing Project at New York University School of Law, the Police Executive Research Forum, the United Kingdom’s Restorative Justice Council, and London’s Metropolitan Police Service.

Benjamin holds a BA in political science from the University of Chicago and an MPA with a concentration in public policy analysis from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
