Alison is a vice president at Serent Capital, a growth equity firm based in San Francisco. Previously, Alison served as a founding member of the team at Maycomb Capital—an impact investing platform that invests in outcomes-based financing transactions (public-private partnerships aimed at the evidence-based policy shift for human services funding, formerly known as Social Impact Bonds). In this role, Alison spent her time structuring and investing in transactions to drive better outcomes across criminal justice, education, workforce development, and chronic homelessness.

Alison is a graduate of Harvard Business School and received a Bachelor’s of Science from the Wharton School.
